Damian Ryan is a British voice actor, writer, and editor from London, England, best known for voicing Officer Joe Scroteman, the hapless rookie detective and secondary lead in Hard Evidence. The animated comedy series is set in Organtown, a gritty metropolis populated by anthropomorphic body parts. Damian was born and raised in London, to Irish parents and studied Film and Video Production at the University of West London. His background in film and audio editing informs his distinctive approach to voice performance, characterized by sharp comedic instincts and a talent for bringing eccentric characters to life.
