As a series of ritualistic murders shakes a Thai community, police investigator Singha is assigned to investigate bodies found hanging from a tree, their eyes and mouths sewn shut with red thread. His inquiry leads him to Thup, a young man who claims he can see spirits and has witnessed the killings through supernatural visions. Considered both a key witness and a suspect, Thup is drawn into the investigation. As they work closely together to uncover links between the deaths, ancient rituals, and past crimes, an emotional and romantic relationship gradually develops between the two men. Their growing bond unfolds alongside the investigation, complicating the case and placing both of them in increasing danger as the boundary between the supernatural and human desire narrows.
