Originally from Rabat, Yassine, a young technician, leaves the capital to settle in Laâyoune, the cradle of Sahrawi traditions. Upon his arrival, he meets Olaya, a young Sahrawi Master's student, with whom he falls in love. The two lovebirds are quickly confronted with harsh reality. They must stand up to Mouloud, Olaya's uncle, who is pulling out all the stops to marry his niece to his son, Salem. The young couple decides to face all obstacles to defend their love, especially in a conservative community that deeply respects local traditions.
