The Dream Job

A young woman named Ilinka leaves her rural home for the city, where she joins the female playback orchestra of VIKOM television. Through her adaptation to the new environment and interviews with female singers from different generations, the film explores Bosnia and Herzegovina's show-business scene, the role of managers, money, career control, appearance and the position of women in the entertainment industry.
