Holiewood: From Rags To Cardboard

Holiewood is a 39-year-old Walmart door greeter fired after refusing to help a elderly customer. Desperate and broke, he decides to reinvent himself — but every choice backfires. He lies his way into a job at the Pizza place, behind the salad bar (which he can't do) Then becomes a failed social media influencer, and loses his savings on a scammer's crypto scheme. Meanwhile, his father is dying in a care home and wants to see him. Holiewood refuses, making up ridiculous excuses: he's allergic to hospitals, his car broke down, he has important meetings. His sister pleads with him, but Holiewood keeps lying and deflecting. As he stumbles through increasingly absurd situations, his father's time runs out, and Holiewood never does the right thing.
